The Providence Day Girls Lacrosse Program is committed to developing strong and confident young women through the sport of girls lacrosse. Ideals such as teamwork, leadership and relentless hard work shine during program practices and matches. Providence Day Girls Lacrosse works to function as a family. Providence Day School Girls Lacrosse Program strives to give every player an opportunity to fall in love with the sport and embrace the game as a lifetime sport.
Our Upper School athletic teams at Providence Day are members of the North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association. This association is designed to encourage participation in athletics while providing a structured environment. As part of the NCISAA, student-athletes will have the opportunity to develop the skills necessary for team work, social interaction, athletic and sport-specific skills, as well as, develop a school centered competitive spirit.
