The Charger Wrestling program provides an opportunity for student athletes to develop through consistent mental and physical challenges inherent to the sport. Leadership development is of the utmost importance and is cultivated through the teaching of discipline, focus, determination and commitment to excellence.
At Providence Day, we believe that Wrestling is one of the ultimate team sports, while simultaneously being one of the ultimate individual sports. Recognizing that giving your all as a training partner, a team member and as yourself during competition is necessary to achieve excellence; this program trains with a family mentality. The wrestling family is critical in providing encouragement, understanding and personal growth.
Charger Wrestling is dedicated to developing the life skills paramount to being successful both on the mat, in the classroom, and in lif.
