The Providence Day School Tennis Program strives to give every player an opportunity to fall in love with tennis and embrace the game as a lifetime sport. Tennis provides fitness as well as camaraderie, confidence, and the sense of accomplishment gained by competing in a difficult individual sport. The beauty of playing for one’s school team lies in the chance to pull together for a collective effort as Chargers!

Charger Tennis empowers each team to maximize their potential, whether it be a varsity state title or a middle school conference title. Our program also prides itself in alumni connection and support, enjoying visits from previous players who often return to cheer us on and maybe even hit around. Our Girls Tennis Program has successfully faced strong competition, winning six state titles in the last eleven years. Still, our program’s focus remains on building bonds and skills that will last a lifetime.
